Participate in health knowledge, laws and regulations training. No health certificate is given if the regulations fail, but there is no training at all in many places.

(5) Obtaining a license

Generally 1 week can be approved. If you pass the inspection, you can get the certificate. You need to pay a handling fee when you get the license, about twenty or thirty yuan.

Persons suffering from diseases that hinder food safety as stipulated by the administrative department of health of the State Council shall not engage in direct contact with imported food. Food production and marketing personnel engaged in direct contact with imported food shall undergo annual health examination and obtain health certificates before taking up their posts.
