The short message has been sent. Is it blocked?

The other party can receive your message, but it will not be displayed in the other party's normal information column, but in the blocked information. If the other party can open the blocked message bar, they can see your message. But if the other party doesn't open it, they can't see it, and the mobile phone system will be kept as spam for a while and then deleted.

Generally speaking, most people will still open the junk mail. If you have important information, it is ok to send it, and it is entirely possible for the other party to see your information.
