Why didn't Huawei WATCHGT2 receive the message notification?

1. Confirm that the sports health App has turned on the message notification function.

In the watch device interface of sports health App, click message notification to open the notification option. You can also manage the application that opens a specific notification message in the application options on the notification page.

2. Make sure that the watch is turned off in "Do Not Disturb" mode. You can check whether the "Do Not Disturb" mode is turned on in the drop-down menu of the watch's main interface. Do not disturb mode, don't shake the message.

3. Messages that can be presented in the mobile phone notification bar can be pushed to the watch. When you don't receive the message, remember to check whether there is a message notification in the notification bar of your mobile phone.
