What does Shanghai Community Cloud mean?

"Community Cloud" is an online platform for social governance launched by Shanghai Civil Affairs Bureau, which is divided into two entrances: computer and mobile phone. Computers are mainly used for the work of neighborhood committees, and the entrance of mobile phones is WeChat official account, which is mainly used for communication between residents and neighborhood committees.

"Shanghai Community Cloud" is a comprehensive information platform integrating community governance and public services, which is applied at village level. It is an intelligent tool for community governance in the new era explored by Shanghai Civil Affairs Bureau on the basis of studying the experience and practice of grassroots social governance. In 2020, Yangpu District was included in the pilot area. "Through this operation, every resident in the community can have a one-to-one correspondence with the building number where he lives. After that, if there are any arrangements and mediation work, the neighborhood Committee cadres can directly implement it to the residents.
