What is SP qualification?

SP certificate can be divided into whole network SP certificate and ground network SP certificate. The so-called whole network SP certificate is the qualification to operate the national SP, and the ground network SP certificate is the qualification to operate the SP business in the province where the company is located. The difference between them lies in the different business scope.

SP license is required for SMS, MMS (mobile newspaper, SMS group sending, customer service system), WAP (mobile internet access), CRBT, treasure chest, JAVA games, BREW navigation application, etc.

Companies applying for SP qualification need to meet the following conditions:

1, the registered capital of the ground network is above 100w, and the registered capital of the whole network is above100w.

2. The operator is a legally established company.

3. There are funds and professionals to carry out business activities.

4. Necessary venues and facilities.

5. There have been no major illegal acts in the last three years.

6. Other conditions stipulated by the state.

The materials required for the company to apply for SP qualification are:

1, copy of business license

2. Identity cards of legal persons and shareholders

3. Articles of Association (if it needs to be updated, the Industrial and Commercial Bureau shall affix the seal of file inquiry)

4. Social security certificates of three people in the last month.

5. ID cards of company personnel, as well as their mobile phones and email addresses.

6. Company landline, corporate mobile phone and email address

7. Some ground network certificates need to provide operator cooperation agreements.
