How to retrieve Microsoft cloud synchronization account

1. First, we enter Microsoft’s official website and click “Login” in the upper right corner of the website.

2. Then fill in the mobile phone number, email address or Skype account bound to the Microsoft account in the "Signin" box. After entering, click "Next" to proceed to the next step.

3. When the password input box pops up, click "Forgotmypassword". I forgot my password.

4. When the reason selection box for why you cannot log in to your account pops up, check the first "Iforgotmypassword" option and click "Next" to proceed to the next step.

5. Then confirm the email address bound to the Microsoft account and enter the verification code. After clicking "Next", the system will send a password reset code to the email address bound to the Microsoft account.
