The "Implementation Measures" stipulates that the rental housing subsidy projects shall be subject to a selection and review mechanism (except for projects that provide rental housing for groups that provide important public services to cities such as sanitation workers and bus drivers). The number of selected projects is determined according to the annual financial incentive budget and incentive standards. When selecting and reviewing projects, the following factors should be comprehensively considered:
