Netease SMS verification code can't be received, which may be due to over-limit collection times, unsupported mobile phone service, interception of mobile phone security software (for smart phone users who have installed security software), congestion or abnormality of SMS gateway, mobile phone used abroad or used overseas mobile phone, and people around you can use it normally, but still can't receive it.

1, the number of acquisitions exceeds the limit.

Solution: You can only get the verification code three times a day. If you exceed the number of times today, please try again tomorrow.

2. Mobile phone service is not supported.

Solution: At present, all segments of the three major domestic mobile operators have been supported. However, mobile phone numbers in Tibet, Xinjiang, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and overseas will be restricted by mobile phone service operators, so it is impossible to handle mobile telephone service. I suggest you try to change another mobile phone number. Note: Some number-carrying users are temporarily unable to receive short messages from third parties due to the change of data interface. 3. Mobile phone security software interception (for smartphone users who have installed security software)

Solution: Open the mobile phone security software, temporarily turn off the interception function, and then try to get the verification code again.

4. The SMS gateway is congested or abnormal.

Solution: When the SMS gateway is congested or abnormal, the sent SMS will be delayed or lost. I suggest you try again later.

5. Mobile phones are used abroad or overseas mobile phones are used.

Solution: Due to the influence of mobile phone service provider's business, the mobile phone cannot receive the verification code when it is used abroad or used abroad. It is recommended to replace the mobile phone as much as possible.

6. People around you can use it normally, but they can't get it.

Solution: It may be the phone itself. It is recommended to change the mobile phone card to someone else's mobile phone and try again. If you encounter the page prompt "verification code error", I suggest you confirm whether the verification code is entered incorrectly.
