The applicant can apply to the water supply and power supply department for the installation of temporary hydropower facilities with the approval letter of rural housing construction.

2. When applying for construction, the applicant entrusts a design unit with corresponding qualifications to issue construction drawings and sign a construction contract with a construction enterprise with corresponding qualifications. Construction enterprises should improve the quality and safety management measures of rural housing construction, including the provision of technical personnel, the purchase of industrial injury insurance and construction safety production liability insurance, and the provision of safety protection articles. Then submit the application to the acceptance window of Jie Zhen Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department.

Town Street Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Department shall issue an acceptance receipt after receiving the application. For those who meet the requirements, issue public signs at the construction site, indicate the basic situation of the rural housing project and attach the information verification QR code, and hand it over to the applicant for hanging at the construction site; Do not meet the conditions, one-time inform all the missing information and problems.

3. After the completion of the rural housing project, the applicant shall organize the design and construction units to carry out the completion acceptance and form the project completion acceptance report.

The applicant submits the project completion acceptance report to the acceptance window of Jie Zhen Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department, and applies for acceptance record. Jie Zhen acceptance window issued an acceptance receipt. If the construction situation is consistent with the examination and approval contents, the "Acceptance Opinion Form of Rural Bookstore" will be issued to the applicant.
