In order to strengthen the traffic safety management of vehicles transporting dangerous goods and prevent serious road traffic accidents, according to the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and the Measures for the Safety Management of Road Transportation of Dangerous Goods, the Highway Traffic Police Corps of Hebei Provincial Public Security Department decided to take traffic restriction measures for vehicles transporting dangerous goods on expressways in our province from June 5438+ 10/day, 2020. The special notice is as follows:

The term "dangerous goods" as mentioned in this Notice refers to substances or articles which are listed in the Rules for the Transport of Dangerous Goods on Roads and have dangerous characteristics such as explosion, flammability, poisoning, infection, corrosion and radioactivity.

On June 5438+1 October1day, 2020, dangerous goods transport vehicles were banned from 0: 00 to 6: 00 on expressways in Hebei Province.

The speed of dangerous goods transport vehicles on the expressway shall not exceed 80 kilometers per hour. If the speed indicated by the road speed limit signs and markings is lower than the above-mentioned specified speed, the speed shall not be higher than that indicated by the speed limit signs and markings.

All dangerous goods transport enterprises should adjust their transport plans appropriately according to the restrictions. During the passage, the drivers of vehicles transporting dangerous goods must strictly abide by the regulations on the transport of dangerous goods, and it is strictly forbidden to overspeed, overload, fatigue driving, illegal parking, occupying emergency lanes and not driving according to regulations. It is forbidden to gather and park dangerous goods transport vehicles near the entrance of expressway toll station.

If vehicles transporting dangerous goods violate the restrictions, the majority of traffic participants have the right to supervise and report, and the public security traffic management department will severely investigate and punish the responsible persons according to law.
