Why didn't Alipay receive SMS reminder when withdrawing cash to the bank card?

The opening channels are as follows: 1. Counter: Please bring your card account opening certificate and card/passbook, and go to the business outlet to open it with the withdrawal password. Passbooks can only be customized through counter channels. 2. Online banking (including popular version and professional version): Please log in to online banking, click the top horizontal menu "Account Management"-"China Merchants Bank SMS Service", click "Function Activation" under the page "Operation" and follow the prompts; 3. Mobile banking: Please log in to mobile banking, select "My All-in-One Card", click "Account Management"-"China Merchants Bank SMS Service" and follow the prompts to open it.
