3. Because the system is busy, especially during the peak period of texting on holidays, it is suggested that you try again later or avoid the peak period of texting;

4. The sending format is incorrect. If you send a short message to PHS users, you need to add the area code before the number;

5. SMS sending and retention is valid for 24 hours;

6. Whether the SMS inbox and outbox are full or not will also affect the sending, and some SMS messages need to be deleted.
