All relevant departments at all levels should strictly implement the responsibility of territorial management and industry supervision for epidemic prevention and control, conscientiously implement the requirements of the Notice on Doing a Good Job in the Prevention and Control of Epidemic Situation of Enterprises in the City, and promote enterprises to resume work and production on the premise of doing a good job in investigation, epidemic prevention materials, epidemic prevention and control in factory areas, safe production and environmental protection.

Second, ensure the orderly return of employees.
