3. Relevant requirements

1. Please take the initiative to cooperate with residents, prepare health codes in advance, and residents with "green codes" shall be unified according to each town. The key population and people with mobility difficulties will be sampled by the sampling personnel in the village.

2. Please prepare valid personal identification documents in advance and queue up in an orderly manner under the guidance of the staff and volunteers.

3. Please cooperate with the on-site staff to wear masks regularly during the whole process. When queuing, be sure to keep a distance of 2 meters. Do not talk or get together, and keep good order.

4. Personnel from all enterprises and shops in the area will go to nearby sampling points to take samples by themselves, and those who can't provide nucleic acid sampling certificates for all personnel will be suspended from business;

5. People who have been vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine for less than 48 hours do not take part in nucleic acid testing. After 48 hours, please go to the sampling point of the nearest township health center in time for supplementary testing.

6. Residents whose Su Kang codes are red and yellow are not allowed to participate in the whole staff nucleic acid sampling. Home health monitoring personnel in "3+11" and "7+7" shall not participate in the nucleic acid sampling of all staff. Teachers, students and employees of all primary and secondary schools and kindergartens participate in all-staff nucleic acid sampling and inspection at school. Yellow code personnel should go to the special sampling point for "yellow code" personnel for nucleic acid detection at 13:3-16:3 pm on May 6. During the period of self-health monitoring, the personnel who are closely connected and sub-closely connected with "double sampling and double inspection" should go to the sampling points of their respective township health centers for sampling at 13:3-16:3 pm on May 6. Home health monitoring personnel and centralized isolation personnel shall not participate in nucleic acid detection at centralized sampling points and arrange on-site sampling.

7. Please pay attention to the weather changes, pay attention to travel safety, and take good care of the elderly and children.

8. Please actively cooperate with the masses in nucleic acid detection. Those who do not participate, refuse to cooperate, do not support the nucleic acid detection work without reason, disturb the order or conceal, falsely report or falsify information will bear corresponding legal responsibilities according to law. The Su Kang code will be assigned "yellow code" for those who did not participate in this round of full-scale nucleic acid testing and did not make up the test in time.
