How to write a funeral invitation

Generally speaking, invitations consist of three parts: title, body, and signature.

1. Title

The most commonly used title for invitations is to directly write the word "obituary", typed in the middle of the first line, and the font is eye-catching. Some obituary titles add the name of the deceased before "obituary" and read "XX obituary".

2. Text

The main body of the invitation can be written in three paragraphs, including the following three contents.

In the first part, state the name, identity, position, time and place of death, cause of death and age of the deceased in solemn and solemn words at the beginning of the text.

The second part introduces the life of the deceased, mainly giving a brief introduction to the representative experience of the deceased. If not, don't write it. The third part introduces mourning, the time and place of the memorial service, etc.

3. Signing

On the lower right side of the invitation, sign the name of the family member or leader who wrote the invitation and the time when the invitation was issued.
