How to add the code for sending SMS to Android and realize sending MMS?

Mobile phones can send multimedia files (such as pictures, videos and music) via SMS, as shown below:

Click the information-write icon-click the paper clip icon-add pictures, audio and video-select the attachment you need to add-send it. Note: Send pictures, music, etc. The message is actually sent by MMS. Please confirm that GPRS data service is started. There may be a charge for sending MMS. Please contact the operator for confirmation.
