The reason is actually very simple, because the vaccine does not mean that it can be produced immediately after injection, and it usually takes 7~ 10 days to react. And some people have not had time to produce enough antibodies during this period, rabies has already occurred, and the result can be imagined. One more thing, even if rabies vaccine is vaccinated and immunoglobulin is used, it is not 100%. But it is worth mentioning that this probability is still very low, so timely vaccination against rabies is still the most effective measure to prevent rabies.
