1. Counter inquiry

Inquirers can go directly to the service hall of the municipal provident fund management center for enquiries. Special reminder, inquirers need to bring provident fund joint card and ID card. For the inquiry, you also need to bring the joint provident fund card and ID card of the inquired person.

2. Online inquiry

Inquirers log in to official website Provident Fund Management Center, click the "Personal Housing Provident Fund Inquiry" button on the right side of the homepage of the Provident Fund Center, enter the joint card number or certificate number, password and verification code of the provident fund, and click the "Inquiry" button to inquire about the deposit and balance.

3. Telephone enquiry

You can call the national housing provident fund hotline 12329, enter the provident fund type, business type and inquiry type according to the voice prompt, and enter the provident fund joint card number or ID card and password for inquiry. It should be noted that this inquiry method is limited to those who have joint provident fund cards or provident fund inquiry cards.

4. Counter inquiry of savings outlets

Inquirers can inquire at savings outlets with their cards and passwords, or at automatic teller machines (ATMs) and multimedia inquiry machines. Select Query Function-Other Query-Provident Fund Query-Detailed Query on the self-service equipment.

5. SMS query

Provident fund balance inquiry: send gjjgrye to/kloc-0 106295533；; Detailed inquiry of provident fund: send gjjgrmx to 106295533 to inquire about the last three deposits of provident fund.
