Pop sends short messages

If there is no prompt when sending, the other party will not receive it. There are many possible reasons:

1, information is delayed or lost due to network instability.

2. Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Guangxi cannot send short messages to mobile phones in other provinces;

3. The mobile phones in Hubei, Sichuan, Hebei and Chongqing need to be bound with POPO phones to receive POPO messages sent by other regions normally. (Mutual sending with users in this province is not subject to this restriction)

4. It is possible that the mobile phone of the receiver is not registered with Monternet, so it is recommended to log in to /moneditor/cs/index.html and select the Monternet page in your area to register (please rest assured that it is completely free to register the mobile phone on Monternet page).

5. If the phone is turned off, it is recommended that you disassociate the phone from POPOP and try to register again. If it still doesn't work properly, it is recommended to try again after one week.

6. Guangdong Volkswagen Card and other local mobile phone cards do not support POPO SMS service.

7. If you are a Unicom user, you can only send short messages to Unicom mobile phones bound with POPO. If they are not bound, you cannot receive them.
