Recruiter type:

Government full-time firemen: refers to professionals engaged in fire fighting and rescue work in government full-time fire brigade or auxiliary fire rescue team. The work unit is the fire rescue station belonging to the fire rescue brigade of Weifang Fire Rescue Detachment.

1, combatant: mainly engaged in fire fighting and rescue work;

2. Duty fire truck driver: mainly responsible for the operation and driving of duty fire trucks and the daily maintenance of fixed fire fighting and rescue equipment and vehicles;

3. Correspondent: Responsible for the transmission, collection and archiving of photos (audio recordings) and video materials in daily police reception and duty combat.

Full-time forest firemen refer to those who mainly prevent and control forest fires, take into account the emergency rescue tasks of floods, earthquakes, geological disasters and accidents, and participate in conventional fire fighting and rescue tasks according to actual needs. The work unit is the municipal full-time forest fire brigade and the full-time forest fire squadrons in Qingzhou, Zhucheng, Anqiu, Linqu and Changle.

Number of recruits:

Full-time government firefighters: The city plans to recruit 2 13 full-time government firefighters (combatants 149, fire truck drivers on duty 54, and communicators 10).

Full-time forest firemen: The city plans to recruit 98 people (89 combatants, 5 fire truck drivers on duty and 4 communicators).

Recruitment conditions

The recruitment target should meet the following basic conditions:

(1) A male citizen with China nationality;

Those with college education or above, retired soldiers, graduates of fire fighting and related majors in vocational colleges, and special professionals such as drone flying hands and automobile mechanics qualification certificates are preferred.

Persons under any of the following circumstances shall not be registered:

(2) Being expelled from public office or public office due to violation of discipline and discipline, or having a serious personal bad credit record;

(3) Persons under disciplinary review, persons under criminal punishment, persons under judicial investigation who have not yet reached a conclusion, or persons with criminal suspects who have not yet been identified;

Qualification examination and recruitment examination

Full-time forest firefighters are organized by Weifang Emergency Bureau and Municipal Fire Rescue Detachment for qualification examination and recruitment examination; Government full-time firefighters are organized by the municipal fire rescue detachment to conduct qualification examination and recruitment examination.

(1) Qualification examination. Those who meet the registration requirements must hold their ID card, household registration book, education certificate, vocational skill certificate and driver's license above b2 (only for the driver's post). Retirees will take the original and photocopy of the discharge certificate, forestry certificate and other materials to the designated place for qualification examination, and the specific time will be notified separately. Those who provide false registration information will be disqualified.

(2) Physical fitness test. The main assessment indicators are muscle strength, muscle endurance and flexibility, and the assessment subjects include horizontal bar pull-ups, 10x4 turn-back running, 1000m running and in-situ high jump. (See Annex 3 for standards)

(3) Psychological test and interview. The psychological test is conducted by the national fireman's psychological test system, which mainly examines the psychological endurance and self-adjustment ability of recruits; The interview refers to the practice of open recruitment in public institutions and implements quantitative scoring, which mainly examines the body shape, gfd, language expression and communication ability of the candidates.

(4) physical examination. Recruiters who have passed the qualification examination, physical fitness test, psychological test and interview will be organized to have a physical examination in a general hospital above Grade 3A at the municipal level, and the medical examination expenses will be borne by themselves. Physical examination standards shall be implemented according to the physical examination standards of applicants, and those who fail the physical examination shall not be employed; Recruiters who have doubts about the physical examination results will be re-examined according to the regulations after being studied by the recruitment office and the hospital, and the physical examination results will be subject to the re-examination conclusion; Items that affect the test results due to taking drugs or other means will not be re-examined, and the conclusion of the initial inspection will be final; If the assessed disability grade and serious injury treatment record are not suitable for fire fighting and rescue work, they will not be employed.

(5) political review. Organize according to the requirements of political assessment of conscription, and specifically investigate the ideological and political performance, moral quality, family situation and realistic performance of the recruited object. In any of the following circumstances, the qualification shall be cancelled:

(1) The political assessment refers to the national recruitment standards for firefighters, which does not meet the requirements;

(2) Violating the law, being detained by the public security or being investigated for criminal responsibility;

(3) Have a serious personal bad credit record (provide personal credit certificate);

(4) Being dismissed for violating discipline and regulations;

(five) by the party (group) or political disciplinary action;

(6) Having participated in the recruitment of full-time firemen of Weifang Municipal Government and full-time forest firemen, and having been told to give up without reason after being hired, or having been dismissed by the unit and voluntarily resigned due to passive slackness and violation of rules and regulations during training and work;

(seven) there are other circumstances that are not suitable for fire control work.

Open recruitment, compensation and management

(1) Open recruitment. According to the recruitment plan, individual physical fitness test, interview total score ranking, comprehensive physical examination, political assessment and other factors, the list of candidates to be hired is determined and publicized.

(2) management system. Full-time firefighters shall implement a 24-hour duty system, quasi-militarized, quasi-active closed management, uniform accommodation and clothing, and implement an irregular working system or a rotation duty system. Except for major events, rest for 2 days a week and not less than 8 days a month, and enjoy marriage leave, nursing leave and annual leave according to regulations.

(3) salary. After the probation period, the starting salary of new employees is 5400 yuan/month (including five insurances and one gold), and the salary is increasing year by year. Hold a driver's license above B2, and be able to serve as the driver on duty for fire engines; During the working period, outstanding full-time government firefighters can serve as stationmaster and be promoted to administrative positions such as assistant stationmaster, monitor and deputy monitor, and enjoy corresponding post subsidies.

(4) Preferential policies. Full-time government firefighters will receive the same standard of accommodation, physical examination and professional technical training as their ranks, and will be given standard clothing and bedding free of charge according to seasonal characteristics. Personnel recognition and reward will be included in the recognition and reward system organized by party committees and governments at all levels. Those who perform well can be recommended to join the party and learn to drive, and at the same time enjoy preferential policies such as "fire rescue occupational annuity" system, exit mechanism, transportation and scenic spots. Veterans and graduates of full-time colleges and universities, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Weifang municipal government full-time firefighters management measures", after passing the training and examination, will be transferred to the corresponding level of government full-time firefighters. Full-time government firemen who have obtained full-time bachelor's degree or above, worked for more than two years, and are aged 18-30 can be recommended by the unit to take the national comprehensive fire rescue team cadre recruitment examination (the specific registration qualification is subject to the announcement of the national comprehensive fire rescue team cadre recruitment in that year). Those who meet the recruitment requirements of national administrative establishment firefighters can be admitted as national administrative establishment firefighters during their working period, and the length of service of more than one year is rounded off and included in the length of service of national administrative establishment firefighters. Special tips

(1) During the epidemic prevention and control period, when taking the qualification examination and recruitment examination, applicants are requested to take self-protection measures, cooperate with the staff to register their body temperature, and provide the travel record of 14 days and the nucleic acid test report within 7 days.
