What happened to the U-Shield of ICBC Financial @ Home?

U shield was blank when it was in the bank. You need to download the certificate when it is delivered to the customer. When downloading the certificate, you will be asked to set the password of the U shield. This certificate can be downloaded by the bank for you or by yourself.

If you don't remember the password, you can bring your ID card, card and U shield to the bank to reset the U shield password.
