If you have a goal, you should take action. I have worked in Daning County 10 for many years, and my wife also works in Daning County. The president of the Women's Federation has had contact with the leaders of the Education Bureau. After the Spring Festival, it will be Women's Day on March 8th. I want to start with the Women's Federation and see if I can organize several public welfare lectures on family education on Women's Day.

? On the 26th of the twelfth lunar month (February 1 1), I went back to Daning and went to the public security bureau to find the old leader. She invited me to give a speech at the Public Security Bureau. Later, I found Wang, the chairman of the Women's Federation (she is also the director of the Bureau of Retired Veteran Cadres) and told her my thoughts. She expressed her support, but I'm going to have the Spring Festival soon and go to work after that. I went to Daning Education Science and Technology Bureau again, but I didn't see the director twice. I'm leaving Daning on the 27th of the twelfth lunar month. I sent a message to Director Wu Hong, telling her my idea of holding a public lecture in Daning Primary and Secondary School, and she replied that we would discuss it in detail after the New Year. After the Spring Festival, on the 11th day of the first month (February 26th), I went to Daning again and met President Wang. She acted resolutely, arranged immediately and coordinated with the education department. After that, I went to see Wu Hong, director of the Education Bureau. She said that Daning's parents need correct family education guidance, and pointed out that using Sunday in the semester can popularize some basic knowledge of family education for parents: the law of children's growth and the role of parents in the process of children's growth. What can home-school education do to improve children's grades and cultivate their literacy in an all-round way? After meeting with Director Wu, I felt a great responsibility on my shoulders. Parents in poor mountainous areas need correct family education guidance too much. They think that they should do their best to send their children to the best schools and let them dress well. What you look like is your own business, so more than half of junior high school students go to boarding private schools in Linfen and Yuncheng and go home once every two weeks or once a month. 13-year-old children leave their parents for half a month and go home. 13 to 18 years old children are in the formative stage. It is a pity and lack to have no parents.

With the strong support of the leaders of the Women's Federation and the Education Bureau, the lecture will be held on March 6, with a total of 4 lectures. I returned to Linfen with confidence. I started to contact lecturers, and I was fortunate to have invited Teacher Dong and Teacher Jing Yanping. On the afternoon of February 28th, Wang, Chairman of the Women's Federation, called again and informed that the lecture time was scheduled for March 9th, with 2 lectures and * * * 6 lectures. I was overjoyed and benefited more parents. I needed a lecturer. I was lucky to invite Mr. Han. On the evening of February 28th, in order to make this lecture the best, all the teachers held a meeting in the research room organized by Mr. Han, determined the theme of the lecture, and suggested that every lecturer should have a moderator. Our family education volunteers, Mr. Liang, Mr. Jing Chunping and Mr. Zhou Hui (who can't come because of the company's business) responded positively, and discussed how to serve everyone well and let parents have it. After the meeting, Mr. Liang and Mr. Jing Chunping wrote inscriptions for the conference. Every day, I practice how to preside over this meeting more professionally and enthusiastically, and the speaker is also preparing the most wonderful lecture.

? Time flies. In a blink of an eye, on March 8, dear teacher Dong came to Yicheng and other places to give lectures for several days, and her voice was hoarse with a cold. She can't go. What should I do? She turned to Miss Han for help. As time approaches, the teacher's schedule is full. At this time, dear teacher Liang was on duty on March 9, and she still asked for leave from the unit and changed shifts with her colleagues before she could make it. At 3 pm on March 8, a group of six of us set off for Daning.

? At 6 o'clock in the afternoon, we arrived in Daning and were warmly received by Adam Wang, president of the Women's Federation. On March 9th, our three lecturers, Jing Yanping, Liang and Han, gave wonderful lectures with the themes of "Being a Smart Parent, How to Make Children Better" and "A Lesson Parents Should Not Miss", with more than 500 participants. The lecture gave a simple and vivid explanation on how to be a qualified parent, and had a warm interaction on how to teach students in accordance with their aptitude and create a more suitable and comprehensive educational environment for their children, providing parents with a down-to-earth use method. After the lecture, parents consulted and educated their children around the lecturer and refused to leave for a long time. Our family education volunteers build a group face to face at the lecture site, share more family education knowledge in the group every day, guide parents to study normally, and make a lot of preparations for launching Daning Art Enjoyment Reading Club.

At this point, Daning's family education public welfare trip ended successfully. The end of the activity means a new beginning, and parents' learning begins.
