When the handover fails, the user's voice channel needs to be switched from the original cell to the new service cell, but the busy and idle time of the user in the new service cell is also random. If there is no effective voice channel to provide during the handover, the handover will fail, resulting in the disconnection of the mobile phone. If the call is suddenly dropped, you can move and change the location to avoid using it in a dead corner.
