Provisions on political review of conscription

Twenty-fourth during the conscription, the political review of the pre-requisitioned object shall be conducted by the village (neighborhood) committee, township (town, street), county (city, district) and regional joint trial, and the responsibility system of who reviews, who signs and who is responsible shall be strictly implemented.

The political review of the pre-requisitioned object shall be conducted in accordance with the following procedures and requirements:

(a) the village (neighborhood) committee shall, according to the political conditions for citizens to serve in active service, conduct political examination on the candidates who have passed the medical examination, put forward expert opinions, and timely recommend qualified personnel to the township (town, street) People's Armed Forces Department.

(2) The school where the prerequisitioned object finally attends shall issue the certificate of its performance and education level during the school period, and put forward the appraisal opinions.
