When the goods arrive at the store designated by the order, the staff in Suning.cn will contact them by SMS as soon as possible, and the buyer needs to provide the "receiving check code" when picking up the goods before the inspection.

Home delivery order:

Before delivery according to the order address, the delivery personnel in Suning.cn will contact the buyer by telephone as soon as possible. If the buyer has paid the full amount online, the buyer is required to provide the "receiving check code" before the delivery inspection. If you choose cash on delivery, you need to prepare change or bank card in advance. In order to protect your rights and interests, please check the payment in person.

2. After payment, please make sure to open the goods in the presence of delivery personnel, and check the product model, quantity and appearance with reference to the invoice.
