SMS notification of non-counter transaction of ABC card cannot be deducted. There may be the following situations:

1. Bank SMS delay: Sometimes, due to network delay or other reasons, the speed of sending debit SMS by banks may be delayed. I suggest you wait patiently for a while to see if you will receive a follow-up SMS notification.

2. Bank card setting: Please make sure that your bank card has been set correctly and the SMS notification function for off-counter transactions has been enabled. You can log on to the online bank or call the customer service phone of Agricultural Bank of China for inquiry and modification.

3. Insufficient balance or other problems: If your bank card balance is insufficient or there are other abnormal conditions, you may not be able to complete the deduction. Please make sure that your account balance is sufficient, and check for other restrictions or anomalies.
