Unicom's mobile phone is down, can I still receive SMS prompts to inquire about the call details?

If the phone stops, you won't get a short message to inquire about the details of the call. I suggest you pay the phone bill as soon as possible so as not to delay your use. You can pay in the local Unicom business hall, or you can log in to the Unicom online business hall to pay. You can log in to the online business hall/homepage and click self-service > pay phone bill, and select the corresponding online banking payment.
