1, payment waiting stage, system payment urging stage, customer service payment urging stage, driver payment urging stage, waiting for user payment within two natural days after bill submission.

2. On the 3rd and 4th natural days after declaration, the system will automatically send SMS to remind the guests to pay.

3. The 5th and 6th natural days are the customer service dunning stage, and the intelligent robot customer service will call the user for dunning.

4. After the seventh natural day, the driver will receive the user's authentication number for dunning. The driver's level is above gold, the working time is above one year, and the number of drivers is above 1000. The platform has advance payment rules.
