Search and download UltraEdit software on the Internet. After installation, right-click the exported sms.db file, and then click UltraEdit in the pop-up menu to open the sms.db file with UltraEdit.

Note: You can also run UltraEidt first, and then click the "File" and "Open" menus to open the sms.db file.

Right-click the text editing area on the window, and then click the Hexadecimal Edit menu.

Click the small triangle behind the text encoding format on the status bar at the bottom of the window, and then select Unified Character Standard and UTF-8 from the pop-up menu.

Now you can see most of the short messages on the interface. For example, "Dear Dangdang * *, for your order number" and "Tips: As of124: 00 on October 20th, your cumulative traffic in the current month was1.000 GB ......................................................................................" Advantages and disadvantages of this method: the retrieval process is completely free, but you can't see the time of the message and the other party's mobile phone number, and the process of finding the message is time-consuming.

2. Recovering the deleted SMS 0 1 through the third-party software is the same as the first method. First, connect the iPhone to the computer, then use iTunes software to back up the phone data, and finally use the free iTunes backup manager to export sms.db to the computer.
