Apple's mobile phone suddenly sent a text message without notice or prompt.

The specific method is as follows:

1. Apple's SMS alert tone is gone. What's the problem? First, click the icon of mobile phone setting to enter the interface of mobile phone setting function.

2. After entering the phone settings page, select the "Sound and Touch" option to enter.

3. In the sound and touch pages, check the SMS prompt. When the SMS prompt is selected as vibration, there will be no SMS prompt tone.

4. Enter the SMS ringtone and set the ringtone to restore the SMS prompt.

5. On the sound and touch page, check whether the volume of "ringtone and reminder" is turned off, and there is no SMS prompt tone after it is turned off.

6. Go to the control page of Apple's mobile phone to see if the Do Not Disturb mode is turned on. If you turn on your mobile phone in do not disturb mode, there will be no SMS prompt.
