Why does Outlook keep showing errors when sending emails?

There is a problem with the settings. The solution steps are as follows:

1. Click the Account Settings button, and then click Account Settings under the Account Settings menu.

2. Enter the account settings, select the email account, and click Change.

3. Enter the email properties and click the other settings button.

4. Enter the internet mail email settings panel, click the outgoing server tab, check "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" and select "Use the same settings as the incoming mail server".

5. Return to the right-click properties panel and click the Test Account Settings button.

6. Enter the email test panel and the test email is sent successfully.
