Recently, the domestic epidemic situation has been severe and complex, showing a trend of multiple points of dissemination, frequent outbreaks in multiple places, and local large-scale rebound. Around the National Day holiday, the flow of people increases, and the risk of cluster epidemics and cross-regional epidemic spread also increases. Here, the Changde Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention reminds residents to actively respond to the national epidemic prevention and control call, plan travel arrangements reasonably, and spend the National Day healthily and safely.

1. Advocate to celebrate the festival locally

Encourage residents to celebrate the festival locally and minimize cross-city travel to avoid the risk of epidemic spread caused by large-scale movement of people. Do not travel to medium- and high-risk areas and counties. Do not travel unless necessary to other counties in the city where medium- and high-risk areas are located and to areas with local epidemics.

2. Travel in a scientific and orderly manner

If it is necessary to travel, please log in to the Chinese government website and the State Council client applet before traveling, and enter the "Epidemic Prevention and Control Policies and Measures in Various Regions" column to inquire Local epidemic prevention policies and measures, understand the epidemic situation of the destination, the situation of medium and high-risk areas, and epidemic prevention and control information in advance, and pay attention to the relevant epidemic prevention policies of the destination.

Special reminder: People traveling on airplanes, high-speed trains, inter-provincial long-distance passenger buses, inter-provincial passenger ships and other means of transportation must have a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours.

3. Cooperate with the epidemic prevention requirements of the destination

After arriving at the destination, cross-provincial migrant workers must actively cooperate with the local government to complete two inspections for three days, that is, they must conduct inspections at three stations and once upon arrival. Transportation and health service checkpoints or communities will conduct a timely landing inspection once, and a second nucleic acid test will be conducted on the third day after entering the permanent residence. Residents from areas with high spillover risks should not participate in gathering activities, enter densely populated public places, and avoid taking public transportation before completing two inspections for three days. Residents from areas with no community transmission should not enter crowded public places unless necessary and avoid taking public transportation before completing two inspections in three days. In principle, they cannot participate in gathering activities. People traveling by car across provinces should take the initiative to undergo nucleic acid testing wherever they go.

For truck drivers from other provinces whose destination is Hunan Province, they must check their itinerary card at the entry checkpoint and implement "landing inspection." Truck drivers who come from a certain range of community transmission or have implemented large-scale community control measures will be required to reduce personal contact and social activities on the basis of personal protection. If you need to live in the destination, you must implement health management in accordance with local prevention and control measures.

When checking into hotels, hotels, or tourist attractions and other crowded places, cooperate in checking the health code and a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 72 hours.

4. People who move across provinces must do health monitoring

Within 7 days after returning, they must continue to pay attention to the epidemic situation in the place of residence and take good care of the health of themselves, their families and those traveling with them during the holiday. Once suspicious symptoms such as fever, dry cough, and fatigue occur, you should seek medical treatment promptly and truthfully inform your recent travel history.

5. Reduce gathering activities

During the National Day, do not organize large-scale gathering activities, try not to organize or participate in gatherings and dinners. Participants must scan the QR code to register and verify a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours. It is advocated to hold weddings and funerals in a simple manner and to reduce the number of people as much as possible.

6. Comply with the basic code of conduct for citizens in epidemic prevention

We must continue to maintain hygiene habits such as wearing masks, washing hands frequently, ventilating frequently, not gathering, sharing meals, using public chopsticks, and one-meter noodles. Cooperate with epidemic prevention and control measures such as scanning place codes, displaying health codes, and nucleic acid testing. Try not to go to places with dense crowds and poor air circulation; do not get together or gather together, and consciously abide by epidemic prevention measures.

7. It is recommended to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and influenza before traveling

Vaccination is the most effective measure to prevent diseases. There is still a risk of superimposed transmission of COVID-19 and influenza. Therefore, Citizens are advised to get vaccinated against influenza in advance. Citizens who are eligible for COVID-19 vaccination are advised to take the initiative to complete the full course of vaccination and booster vaccination as soon as possible.
