Why can't the mobile phone receive text messages?

If you use a Huawei mobile phone, you can do it in the following ways:

1. Some messages cannot be received.

1. Please check if you can't receive Enhanced Information.

(1) The receiver's mobile phone does not support the enhanced information function.

(2) The sender's message or number may be controlled by China Mobile's security policy, but China Mobile did not send it to the receiver after receiving the message. For details, please call mobile customer service 10086 to confirm the cause of the problem.

2. Please check whether the number is saved in the privacy space.

You can enter the settings, search into the privacy space, open the information to see if you have received the SMS record. If yes, please move the required contact to the main space and try again. Operation method:

(1) In the privacy space, go to Settings >; Security and Privacy > Privacy Space, click Privacy Space to the main space;

(2) Select and check the files (such as contacts) to be transferred, click Move, and then complete the transfer according to the screen prompts.

3. Please check whether there is a blacklist in the harassment interception of mobile phone housekeeper.

Please delete the number from the blacklist if necessary, and then try:

5. Please check whether there is a third-party housekeeper application to intercept SMS.

Some security management applications will intelligently filter the received short messages, so it is recommended to uninstall this application. These applications are generally named after "XX housekeeper" or "XX assistant".

6. Please check if you just can't receive the SMS sent by Apple.

If you just can't receive the SMS from Apple's mobile phone, you can receive the messages from other mobile phones. It may be because your mobile phone number was bound to an Apple device before, and the other party sent you an iMessage instead of an ordinary SMS. Please refer to Apple's official instructions to unbind the phone number from the iPhone device. The specific steps are subject to Apple's official instructions.

7. Please check whether the short message contains sensitive words, which makes the mobile phone unable to receive it.

Please use the test message to check whether it can be received normally, such as hello, thank you, goodbye. Please avoid sending sensitive words if you can receive them normally.

Second, I can't get any short messages.

1. You can pull down the status bar, switch the flight mode and try again.

2. If the SIM card is currently enabled with VoLTE, please enter the settings, search for VoLTE, turn off the VoLTE HD call switch and try again; If the VoLTE switch is not found or the problem is not solved after the VoLTE switch is turned on again, it is recommended that you contact the operator to turn on the VoLTE function again, and then restart the phone to try.

3. Third-party SMS may have compatibility problems. Please check whether you use a third-party SMS application. If so, go to Settings, search for the default application, and set the information as the system default.

4. Insert the SIM card into another mobile phone for troubleshooting. If other mobile phones can't receive it, I suggest you consult the operator.

3. If the above troubleshooting fails to solve your problem, it is recommended that you clean up and restore the data.

Warm reminder: This operation will not delete data or files, but only restore the settings of WLAN, mobile data network and Bluetooth (such as hotspot connection information and Bluetooth pairing information), and other mobile phone settings will not be restored.

4. Please back up important data before restoring factory settings (WeChat /QQ and other applications need to be backed up separately).

Enter settings, search for factory settings, and then click Restore Factory Settings.
