If you don't know how to find someone, you can go to the bank to find a staff member. They can help you find it. An exception indicates that the contract has been signed. Explain that the car has handled related business before, and it has not been untied. It needs to be untied before rebounding.

ETC data and the Ministry of Public Security system have not yet achieved data interoperability. In this environment, because the original owner of the license plate did not abide by the user agreement and did not cancel ETC in time when selling/scrapping the vehicle, the new owner of the license plate could not register a new ETC.

In this case, first of all, the owner of the new license plate needs to register the vehicle information at the ETC service outlet with his ID card and vehicle driving license, and sign a letter of commitment that the existing vehicle has nothing to do with the user of the original license plate, and then release the ETC binding information of the original license plate, and the processing time is about 1 hour. It should be noted that due to the accounting treatment of the same license plate, if the new owner of the license plate signs a contract with the original owner, it will take 45 days to complete the signing. If the new owner of the license plate chooses another bank, he can register ETC immediately.

I've started ETC, and I'm going to use it with a new car recently:

1. Use the original license plate: users need to drive the original OBU and Tongyu card to the self-operated outlets, and will continue to use the original OBU after handling.

2. Use a new license plate: users can apply for ETC of vehicles with new license plates according to the process of online signing or physical outlets, and then take the original OBU and Tongyu card to the self-operated outlets for cancellation without driving.
