In view of the problem that your short message cannot be sent normally, we suggest you refer to the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Please confirm again whether the SMS can't be sent to all contacts normally. If it is a personal contact, I suggest you recall whether you have set up a blacklist of relevant contacts, or use some third-party SMS interception related functional software.

2. Rule out the above possibilities, or it may be caused by an abnormal SMS program. You can download other third SMS software for comparison, or go to System Settings-Application Management-Find the corresponding SMS (or Lenovo Address Book)-Clear the data for improvement. Please back up SMS, contacts and other information before operation to avoid data loss.

3. If conditions permit, it is recommended to replace other SIM cards to see if you can send short messages normally, and it is not excluded that it is caused by the abnormality of your SIM card;

4. It cannot be improved after the above operations. I suggest you back up the fuselage data and restore the factory settings to see if it can be improved.
