According to the "Interpretation on Several Issues Concerning the Application of Laws in the Handling of Criminal Cases of Infringement of Citizens' Personal Information", IP addresses can display specific times and specific occasions, which are whereabouts.

This part of the information is defined as sensitive information. As for IP territory, it only targets the province. Since it is not specific, it does not constitute an infringement of your personal information.
