Can the ICBC card under 18 be reminded by SMS?

The SMS reminder service of ICBC card is ICBC messenger service, which charges 2 yuan/month. There are two ways to open it:

Method 1: Bring my ID card and bank card to the bank counter to submit an application for opening an ICBC messenger. I need to provide my ID card, bank card and normal mobile phone number, and the counter deduction has taken effect successfully, and I will be notified by SMS;

Method 2: Log in to ICBC's personal online banking, enter the ICBC Messenger-Messenger Service Agreement-Agreement Signing-Messenger Service Agreement, enter the mobile phone number, email address, select payment account, Chen Gong signs the agreement, select Next, select service items, and select customized time limit, customized delivery method and service.

You can also cancel the service agreement by going to "ICBC Messenger > Messenger Service Agreement > Cancel Agreement"; Enter "ICBC Express-> Express Service Extension" to extend the express service period; Enter "ICBC Messenger-> Messenger Service Query/Modify/Cancel" to query, modify and cancel customization.
