Reminder on further strengthening the health management of seafarers

At present, the situation of epidemic prevention and control is complex and severe, and the risk of epidemic input continues to increase. In order to further strengthen the health management of seafarers and better protect people's life safety and physical health, the Office of COVID-19 Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters in Hai 'an urgently reminds the general public:

First, take the initiative to report in time. All foreigners in the city, especially those who live in key areas such as Nanjing and Jingjiang for less than seven days, please report to their villages, units and hotels as soon as possible, prepare health codes, travel codes and negative certificates of nucleic acid testing 48 hours in advance, and cooperate with the jurisdiction to do a good job in information registration, nucleic acid testing and health monitoring. Anyone who conceals illness, conceals travel information, conceals the close contact history of confirmed cases or suspected cases, and does not cooperate with the epidemic prevention and control work will be investigated for legal responsibility according to law.

Second, strictly abide by the regulations. All foreigners in the city must do a good job of "landing inspection within 12 hours" and "three days and three inspections" after going out to sea, and actively cooperate with health monitoring. Among them, those from other provinces must strictly abide by the "four noes", that is, they must not organize or participate in offline meetings, engage in offline lectures or other collective activities, enter indoor closed places such as dance halls, bathrooms, cinemas, Internet cafes, and participate in gatherings such as dinners and weddings. If it's from other parts of the province, don't attend parties or go to public places until the negative results of nucleic acid test come out.

Third, strengthen self-protection. On the way to sea, please try to choose direct transportation, reduce transit, avoid high-risk areas, and do personal protection and health monitoring throughout. Don't go out unless necessary within 5 days after you arrive at the seaside. If you really need to go out, always wear a mask, avoid taking public transport and keep a safe distance of one meter from others. If you have fever, dry cough, fatigue and other suspected symptoms in COVID-19, you should wear disposable medical masks or above and go to the fever clinic of the nearest medical institution in time. Wear a mask all the way to the hospital and try to avoid taking public transport.

Fourth, the implementation of closed-loop management. If you have lived in high-risk or key epidemic areas in China for 7 days, please take the initiative to report to traffic checkpoints, destination units and villages as soon as possible, cooperate with the inspection, and strictly implement closed-loop control measures as required.

Fifth, consciously check the code. At this stage, the epidemic virus is contagious, concealed and escaping. As the first person responsible for your own health, please continue to maintain good hygiene habits such as washing hands frequently, wearing a mask, ventilation and less gathering after successfully passing the health monitoring period. When entering public places such as shopping malls, restaurants and hotels, and traveling by public transport such as buses and taxis, please wear masks regularly, actively scan the place code, and cooperate with inspection and other prevention and control measures.

Sixth, speed up vaccination. Vaccination is an effective measure to prevent COVID-19. In line with the conditions of routine vaccination or enhanced vaccination in COVID-19, COVID-19 vaccine should be actively and orderly vaccinated, and an immune barrier should be established as soon as possible.

The winter vacation at the end of the year is approaching, and college students leave school and go home one after another. Please also abide by the current epidemic prevention policy when coming to the sea, report to the territory in advance, reduce unnecessary gathering activities, and ensure the health and safety of yourself and your family.
