No. Didi stipulates that the communication expenses arising from communication and negotiation between passengers and drivers shall be borne by both parties.

Definition of communication fee: it is divided into SMS communication fee and voice communication fee.

1. SMS communication fee: refers to the fee charged after sending SMS, including information fee and communication fee.

2. Voice communication fee: refers to the local or long-distance telephone charges incurred by users of China Mobile, China Unicom and telecom network operators when making calls.
