In order to continuously improve the basic management of enterprises, enhance innovation ability and promote the improvement of economic benefits of enterprises, this scheme is formulated according to the rationalization proposal activities of employees carried out by the trade union of the group company and the actual situation of the reloading company. The content is as follows.

I. Purpose of the event

To carry out employee rationalization proposal activities should be based on improving the company's basic management level and employees' sense of ownership of enterprise development, with the theme of "improving efficiency, improving quality, reducing costs, reducing consumption, optimizing technology and optimizing environment" (hereinafter referred to as "two improvements, two reductions and two optimizations"), establish a scientific, standardized and efficient employee rationalization proposal working mechanism, and adhere to the post-based, unit-based and innovative development.

Rationalization suggestions refer to the operable improvement methods and measures put forward by employees on the company's manufacturing, scientific research and technology, product quality, management and other aspects based on their posts, as well as the concrete and beneficial ideas put forward by other employees that are helpful to the company's development. Rationalization suggestions should be innovative, operable and efficient. The main contents include:

(1) Suggestions on improving management ideas, methods and systems; (two) suggestions for the improvement of various work processes and procedures;

(three) suggestions for improvement in the development, design and trial production of new products;

(four) to promote new materials, new technologies, new processes and other scientific and technological achievements, digest and absorb imported technologies and equipment, and put forward innovative suggestions;

(5) Suggestions on improving manufacturing technology; (six) suggestions to improve the management of production site;

(seven) suggestions for the improvement of manufacturing equipment, technical tools, instruments and devices; (eight) suggestions to improve the physical quality of quality management products; (nine) suggestions for the improvement of security management; (10) Suggestions for improving marketing and market development;

(eleven) suggestions on raw and auxiliary materials, energy saving and the utilization of "three wastes"; (twelve) suggestions for the improvement of team and staff construction; (thirteen) suggestions on improving ideological and political work and corporate culture construction;

(14) Other relevant suggestions that are beneficial to the improvement of each workshop department.
