How to clear the data on the mobile phone?

If you use a vivo phone, there are two ways to refer to it:

Method 1: Clear all data in the phone setting interface.

Open (Settings > System Management > Backup and Reset > Clear All Data). If you have set a screen lock password or logged into a vivo account, please enter the screen lock password or password of a vivo account and follow the onscreen instructions.

Method 2: Enter recovery mode and clear all data.

Note: If you don't back up your phone data before this operation, you won't be able to keep the data, and once the data is cleared, you won't be able to recover it.

2. Press and hold (power button+volume button) at the same time. When you see the words vivo or iQOO, let go and enter the quick start mode. Press "Volume-"to move the cursor to "Enter Recovery" and select "Clear Data".

4. When the words "successful cleaning" are displayed on the screen, select "Return" to return to the recovery mode interface, and then select "Restart" to set up and use the mobile phone.

Note: Device cloud backup can back up system data (including desktop layout, alarm clock and some setting options), call records, short messages and applications (only backup installation packages, excluding data generated by applications).

2. Cloud disk backup

Go to "Cloud Service"-My Cloud Disk-Click "+"in the lower right corner-Select the file to upload-Upload-and wait for the upload to be completed.

Cloud disk supports uploading pictures, videos, audio, documents, WeChat files, QQ files, software installation packages, compressed packages and other files.

Recovery method after backup:

1, enter cloud service-device cloud backup-backup management-and data recovery-click backup data-recovery-and wait for completion;

2. Enter the cloud service-My Cloud Disk-click the file to download-and download it locally.

note:

1) In device cloud backup, a device only keeps the latest backup data, and after each successful backup, it will overwrite the old backup data saved in the cloud.

2) The data of post-it notes can be transmitted to atomic post-it notes, but the data of atomic post-it notes cannot be transmitted to post-it notes.
