① Professional Edition: After logging in, click Settings-Modify Contact Information (or click One Card-Account Management-Modify Contact Information) to modify or reserve a mobile phone/email address.

② Counter: The cardholder carries the account opening certificate and mobile phone to modify or make an appointment at any counter of China Merchants Bank (no need to show the card), and you need to use the new mobile phone number to accept the verification code. Changing the number at the counter is free.

Tips: The reserved phone number modified here is independent from the mobile phone number associated with your professional certificate and needs to be modified separately.
