1. 2. 3. It is recommended that people from medium- and high-risk areas postpone their visit to Qinghai. Those who really need to come to Qingdao must present an approval certificate from the local epidemic prevention and control headquarters and a negative COVID-19 nucleic acid test certificate valid within 48 hours. Then cooperate with the implementation of corresponding isolation and testing measures. People coming to Qinghai and returning to Qinghai in prefecture-level cities where local epidemics occur and adjacent areas with risk of spread are required to have a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours or undergo a nucleic acid test after arriving in Qingdao.

4.
