Jutian Fund Company announced today that it was officially renamed Morgan Stanley Huaxin Fund Management Co., Ltd. with the approval of China Securities Regulatory Commission.

Huaxin Securities Co., Ltd. receives 30% equity of the company held by Jutian Securities Co., Ltd., a shareholder of the company; Shenzhen Zhongji Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. was granted 5% equity of the company held by Zhejiang Zhong Da Group Holding Co., Ltd. After the completion of the above equity transfer, the proportion of shareholders and their contributions of the company is changed to: Morgan Stanley International Holding Company 40%, Huaxin Securities Co., Ltd. 30%, Hantang Securities Co., Ltd. 15%, Shenzhen Zhao Rong Investment Holding Co., Ltd. 10% and Shenzhen Zhongji Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. 5%.
