Over the past year, we have mainly achieved the following results:

——The project construction has achieved obvious results. Adhering to investment promotion as an important means to achieve "maintaining growth", we carried out in-depth "Project Construction Year" activities. The fixed asset investment of the whole society was 16.3 billion yuan, an increase of 14.2%. Among the 50 renewal and new construction projects included in the assessment, a total investment of 8.1 billion yuan was completed, accounting for 85% of the annual investment plan, and the proportion of completed investment reached a record high. ——The strength of key industries has been enhanced. ——The construction of the park and investment promotion are solidly advanced. ——Tourism, finance and other service industries are booming. First, tourism promotion capacity has been further enhanced. Fourth, the contradiction between fiscal revenue and expenditure is prominent, especially due to the national adjustment of tobacco product consumption tax policy, which has a greater impact on key tax sources. Fifth, some hot and difficult issues in urban management and social management have not been effectively resolved.
