Why can't mobile phones send messages or open traffic?

If the mobile phone cannot access the Internet through mobile data, we recommend that you:

1. Slide down the curtain at the top of the screen to open the mobile data.

2. If you still can't access the Internet after the above operations, it is recommended to reset the parameters of mobile Internet access: Settings-Mobile Network-Access Point Name-More-Reset to the default settings.

3. Replace other SIM cards or try other time periods to eliminate network problems.

4. Upgrade your mobile phone to the latest version.

5. If it doesn't work, please back up the data in the mobile phone to restore the machine to the factory settings.

If the problem still exists, please take the purchase invoice, maintenance card and machine to Samsung Service Center for inspection.
