In order to actively respond to people’s livelihood demands and based on the current epidemic prevention and control situation, the announcement on the orderly resumption of normal services of funeral, elderly care and other civil service institutions is as follows:

1. Funeral institutions We advocate keeping funerals simple and minimizing the number of mourners.

Personnel going to funeral service institutions must cooperate with epidemic prevention management, wear masks at all times, and actively cooperate with temperature measurement and code verification.

Persons with fever, cough and other symptoms, those who are under home quarantine for medical observation and health monitoring, and those with yellow or red health codes will not be allowed to enter.

You must maintain a social distance of more than 1 meter when entering the venue. All funeral service venues must still strictly implement various epidemic prevention and control measures and strictly fulfill their main responsibilities for epidemic prevention and control.

2. The city’s elderly care institutions will transition to normalized prevention and control management and will no longer implement closed management.

Elderly care institutions implement an appointment visitation system. There will be no visits without an appointment, and the flow of personnel and visitation times will be controlled.

Visitors admitted to the hospital are subject to the "five musts":

That is, they must hold a health green code, must provide the itinerary of not staying in medium and high-risk areas within 14 days, and must provide two days' stay for three days. A negative nucleic acid test certificate is required, a temperature check is required, and an ID card must be presented for real-name registration.

Visitors will enter the institution according to the designated route under the guidance of staff to visit. During the visit, both visitors and service recipients should wear masks and are not allowed to receive overnight care from visitors or enter areas other than designated routes.

For newly admitted service recipients, newly recruited staff or staff returning to work from other places, the "five must" management of admission will also be implemented.

This notice will take effect from 0:00 on May 28. Xinghua Civil Affairs Bureau will dynamically adjust control measures in a timely manner based on the epidemic prevention and control situation and relevant national, provincial and Taizhou city requirements.
