I forgot to get the Alipay password back. The operation steps are as follows:

1. Open the Alipay page, and click on the lower right corner to forget the login password;

2. Enter the account number and verification code to retrieve the password respectively, and click Next;

3. The system will provide five retrieval methods. We take the retrieval method of mobile phone efficacy code as an example, and click to retrieve it immediately;

4. Click "Click here to collect it for free", enter the check code received on the mobile phone, and click "Next";

5. After the verification code is successful, set a new password and click OK to retrieve the password.
