How does Amazon return the goods?

Amazon authorized carrier Ekman will inform you to upload the customs clearance information to Ekman official website by email or SMS within 24 hours after you successfully submit the return application.

6. Make an appointment to pick up the goods: After receiving the accurate and effective customs clearance information, Ekman will entrust the delivery staff to contact you through the mobile phone number provided by you to arrange the pick-up time. At this time, please keep your mobile phone open.

7. Prepare to return the package: Before the delivery staff comes to pick up the goods, please put the return label containing the scan code, the description of the goods and the quantity of the goods together with the returned goods into the packing box or packaging bag. Note: Delivery personnel do not provide any commodity packaging services.

Eight, return freight deduction: when the delivery staff comes to pick up the goods, you don't need to pay any return freight. Note: If you return the goods for reasons other than the quality of the goods, you will have to bear the international return fee, which will be directly deducted from your goods refund.
