1. 3. In addition to the above areas, the following prevention and control measures will be implemented in other streets within the jurisdiction (except for the existing high and medium risk areas) from 0:00 on September 5:

(1) Continue to strengthen the management of communities, urban villages, industrial parks (districts), and office buildings. Various checkpoints are on duty 24 hours a day, and strict implementation of mandatory body temperature measurement, wearing of masks, and verification of 24-hour nucleic acid negative certificates (or 48-hour nucleic acid negative certificates and 24-hour nucleic acid sampling records) are required for entry and exit of various categories

Activities such as parks, markets, square dances, etc. are suspended. Various regional parks are closed to reduce the gathering of people. Residents go out less often, do not visit each other, do not get together, and do not gather.

(4) Continue to strengthen personal health management. Residents must consciously abide by epidemic prevention arrangements and cooperate in conducting nucleic acid tests in an orderly manner; adhere to hygiene habits such as washing hands frequently, cleaning frequently, and using public chopsticks; and do a good job in self-health monitoring, such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, sore throat, loss of taste and smell, etc. If you experience symptoms, seek medical treatment at the nearest hospital immediately, wear a mask during the entire journey to medical treatment, and avoid taking public transportation.

4. Existing high- and medium-risk areas will continue to implement the original epidemic prevention and control measures.
